Stoltenberg: Norway will do what it can to avoid tariffs

The Norwegian government will do everything it can to dodge the introduction of tariffs on its products, the Scandinavian country’s newly appointed Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg says.
The former chief of NATO said he believes in dialogue with the Trump administration, adding that Oslo will work closely with the EU in case tariffs are raised.
US President Trump has threatened the bloc with taxes, saying that tariffs will be imposed on the bloc “pretty soon”.
