Former Syrian Interior Minister Major General Mohammad Ibrahim Al-Shaar has surrendered to Syrian General Security forces, as shown in a video circulating on social media.
Al-Shaar appears inside a vehicle with a group of people, one of whom spoke about the surrender process, confirming that he was not subjected to any harassment.
