Rajji participates in Jordan meeting on Syria, stresses regional stability

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Youssef Rajji took part in the Syria Neighboring Countries Meeting held in Jordan, where participants discussed ways to assist the Syrian people in rebuilding their country on foundations that ensure its unity, sovereignty, security, and stability.
Raji emphasized that stability in Syria is crucial for Lebanon’s stability, highlighting several pressing bilateral issues that require resolution, including border demarcation, arms and drug smuggling, and counterterrorism efforts.
The Foreign Minister described the remarks made by the Syrian Foreign Minister during the meeting as “encouraging” and expressed hope for their implementation.
