Gaza’s death toll rises

Gaza’s health ministry has provided an updated casualty toll from Israel’s latest wave of attacks, starting March 18.
Since then, it says Israeli attacks have killed 436 Palestinians and injured 678.
That brings the total number of people killed in Gaza since October 7, 2023 to 49,547, the ministry says, with 112,547 wounded.
