Minister of Economy and Trade Amer Bisat confirmed that "the Lebanese economy is ready for recovery."
He added, "After many years of stagnation and depletion in a fragile balance, Lebanon is now operating far below its true potential, and the road is clearly open towards comprehensive recovery."
Bisat pointed out that "there is an open window and reasons to expect a sharp economic rebound in the second half of this year."
