Army chief receives visitors

Lebanon’s Army Commander General Rodolph Haykal received at his Yarzeh office, a delegation from the National Moderation parliamentary bloc headed by Abdel Aziz Al-Samad.
General Haykal later met with MP Jamil Abboud. Discussions reportedly touched on the country’s general situation.
The army chief also received respectively in his office, Mufti of Tyre and Jabal Amel, Judge Sheikh Hassan Abdullah, and then President of Beirut Merchants Association, Nicolas Shammas. Discussions touched on various matters.
