A video captured the transformation of the Berdawni River's waters turning black.
In response, Bekaa Governor Judge Kamal Abou Jaoudeh immediately contacted the Regional Commander of the Internal Security Forces in the Bekaa, Brigadier General Nadim Abdo Al-Masih, requesting an immediate investigation into the incident and a detailed report to take the necessary measures accordingly.
