Salam offers condolences at the Nunciature, checks on Rahi’s health

Prime Minister Nawaf Salam visited the Apostolic Nunciature in Harissa to offer condolences to the Apostolic Nuncio, Monsignor Paolo Borgia, following the passing of Pope Francis. In the condolence book, Salam wrote that Lebanon has lost a steadfast supporter, and the world lost a man of love and peace.

He also visited Bkerke to check on Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rahi’s health after his recent surgery, wishing him a speedy recovery.
