Hajjar: Presidency respects constitutional deadlines amid Lebanon's challenges

Interior Minister Ahmad Hajjar confirmed that "the new presidency is serious about respecting constitutional deadlines and laws, as well as renewing municipal and developmental work."
After casting his vote in Chehime , he stated: "I have not and I will not interfere in the elections in my town Chehime, and I am confident that the people will choose those who represent them."
Hajjar also noted that "Lebanon is facing security challenges, especially in the south, and diplomatic contacts have been made through the Ceasefire Committee, but the guarantees are provided by the Lebanese state to its people."
