Aoun pays tribute to Lebanon’s martyrs, vows loyalty to their cause

On the occasion of Martyrs’ Day, President of the Republic Joseph Aoun paid tribute to all of Lebanon’s martyrs, especially those who sacrificed their lives for the homeland.
“Their blood has written chapters of glory in Lebanon’s history,” Aoun said, honoring both civilian and military martyrs.
The President emphasized that Martyrs’ Day is not only for mourning but for renewing commitment to the values they died for.
Aoun also saluted fallen journalists, particularly those killed during the Israeli war on Lebanon, calling them "ambassadors of truth" and symbols of Lebanon’s unwavering resolve, pledging continued loyalty to their cause: a free, sovereign, and dignified Lebanon.
