Morcos arrives at Beirut Airport to welcome second UAE plane on behalf of President Aoun

Minister of Information Paul Morcos, representing President of the Republic General Joseph Aoun, arrived at Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport to receive the second Emirati plane, expected to land shortly.
