Foreign leaders, including China's Xi Jinping, were arriving at the Kremlin on Friday morning ahead of Russia's Victory Day parade marking 80 years since the defeat of Nazi Germany, pictures broadcast on state TV showed.
President Vladimir Putin was seen greeting Xi and some of the other two dozen foreign leaders that are attending the vast military parade on Red Square, which comes more than three years into Moscow's offensive on Ukraine.
