European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Sunday that next week will be "decisive" for peace talks in Ukraine, especially in light of the upcoming call between the US and Russian presidents, according to Agence France-Presse.
"What's important now is to apply pressure and move things forward, and I think next week will be crucial in that regard," Von der Leyen said at the start of a meeting with US Vice President JD Vance and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
