Finance panel approves $250M for renewables, cuts 2025 fees

The Finance and Budget Committee, chaired by MP Ibrahim Kanaan, on Monday approved a $250 million project aimed at advancing renewable energy and electricity development in Lebanon.
The committee also passed a proposal to reduce fees outlined in the 2025 state budget.
