Culture Minister commends convening of Education and Culture Committee to discuss rights of artists in Lebanon

Minister of Culture Ghassan Salameh commended the convening of the Education, Higher Education, and Culture Committee's first session to discuss the rights of artists in Lebanon and the regulation of their profession.
The session was attended by committee chairman MP Hassan Murad, members, and the concerned syndicates, including Nehme Badawi, Farid Bou Said, and George Chalhoub.
Salameh revealed that he is personally following up on this matter, as efforts are focused on announcing an action plan that addresses the issue of regulating artistic affairs in general and syndicates in particular.
