MTV in Beirut: Michel El Murr Promises Better Days

MTV crowned its initiative, in collaboration with its partners from the public and private sectors and economic bodies, by launching the project to rehabilitate Martyrs’ Square and illuminate Nejmeh Square under the patronage of President Joseph Aoun.
Regarding the project, MTV Chairman Michel El Murr said: "We are hopeful with the momentum of the new era and tell the Lebanese people that beautiful days await us."
He added: "We have been in contact with all concerned parties, and after working on street lighting and social assistance, we decided to focus on Beirut because it is ‘Lebanon’s greatest treasure.’"
