Prime Minister Nawaf Salam published this morning on X: "With the beginning of the Hijri New Year, I extend my warmest wishes to all Lebanese, and especially to Muslims. We hope that it will be an occasion to renew our commitment to the road of a functioning state, to building capable and effective institutions that consolidate stability, and to restoring people's trust."
