MoPH: One martyr in airstrike on Kounine

A statement was issued by the Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health, announcing that "the Israeli enemy's drone strike on a car in the town of Kounine resulted, according to a preliminary toll, in one martyr."
