Berri to Adwan: Not All Laws Carry the Same Weight

MP George Adwan requested the inclusion of the item related to expatriate voting on the agenda in an expedited repeated format. Berri replied, "You can study that in the committees." Adwan responded that the item has not yet been decided in the committees to be referred to the General Assembly. Berri then replied: "You have submitted many laws before that did not pass. Not All Laws Carry the Same Weight!"
