Sheikh Qassem to deliver speech tonight

Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem is set to deliver a speech at 8:45 pm this evening during the observances of Muharram nights, at the Sayyid al-Shuhada complex in Dahiyeh.
