Touch, Alfa report external interference affecting network service

Touch and Alfa announced in a joint statement that their networks are experiencing intermittent external interference, which has partially impacted service quality in certain areas.
The two companies confirmed that immediate measures have been taken to mitigate the effects of the disruption and ensure service continuity, under the supervision of the Ministry of Telecommunications and in coordination with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and other relevant bodies.
They apologized to subscribers for any inconvenience caused, stressing that it was beyond their control. Both companies reaffirmed their full commitment to maintaining the highest levels of service quality and stability.
