Algeria Resumes Flights to Lebanon

An An Algerian-Lebanese summit took place, accompanied by both expanded and one-on-one bilateral talks. It was decided that Algerian flights to Lebanon would resume within the next two weeks, and discussions were held on establishing a maritime route with the Port of Tripoli.
It was also agreed to activate the political consultation mechanism, which has only been convened once since 2002, and a media memorandum of understanding was signed.
