Army envoy lays wreath at General Victor Khoury's tomb

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Lebanese army, a delegation from the Army Command, headed by Brigadier General Zaher Al-Asaad, representing Army Commander General Rodolph Haykal, laid a wreath at the tomb of former Army Commander and former Minister of Defense, General Victor Youssef El-Khoury, at the family cemetery in St. John the Baptist Church in Amchit.
