William Noun Says 'Obstructing Hand Has Been Removed', Sends Message to Berri

On the fifth year since the Beirut port explosion, William Noun, brother of victim Joe Noun, issued a call to President Nabih Berri, urging him to prevent lifting the protection over all those wanted for investigation. He stated, "The hand that was obstructing the investigations has been removed."
