Watch: Rahi Welcomed at the Border with Celebratory Cheers and Flowers

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros Rahi has begun his southern tour along the border towns. His first stop was in the town of Debl in the Bint Jbeil district, where he was welcomed with celebratory cheers and rose petals.
