Berri broaches UNIFIL mandate renewal, latest developments with U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El-Tineh, US Senator Markwayne Mullin, with a US parliamentary delegation from both the Republican and Democratic parties, in the presence of US Ambassador to Lebanon, Lisa Johnson, and Speaker Berri's media advisor Ali Hamdan.

The meeting reportedly discussed developments in Lebanon and the region, and the role of the United Nations Interim Force (UNIFIL) operating in southern Lebanon.
