Criminal Complaint Filed Against Naim Qassem, MPs Take Action

MTV has learned that MPs and political figures will appear before the Beirut Public Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday morning to file a criminal complaint against Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem.
The MPs taking part in the move include Ashraf Rifi, Elias Khoury, George Okeis, Kamil Chamoun, former MP Adi Abi Lamma, and the head of the Change Movement party, attorney Elie Mahfoud.
It has also been reported that some statements will be made in front of the Palace of Justice after completing the legal procedures at the Public Prosecutor’s office, where the criminal complaint against Qassem will be filed.
