Health Minister opens Third Expatriate Medical Conference, calls for unity

Minister of Public Health Rakan Nasreddine opened the third edition of the Expatriate Medical Conference at the Oder of Medicine in Furn El Chebbak.
In his speech, the Health Minister honored fallen Lebanese soldiers and emphasized the importance of working “together,” the theme of the event. He reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to reform and public-private collaboration to rebuild Lebanon’s healthcare system.
Moreover, Nasreddine praised the Lebanese medical diaspora for their continued support, calling for deeper partnerships. He also announced a new digital platform connecting local and expatriate doctors, enabling medical consultations and knowledge exchange, vital for national resilience and progress.
