A large fire broke out in the forests of the Ouyoun Al-Samak area in Danniyeh, spreading rapidly across vast sections of the forest, with attempts to extinguish it failing due to its fast expansion.
Residents and firefighting teams have appealed to the Army Command to intervene and deploy helicopters to help put out the fire, given the difficulty of reaching the affected areas due to the rugged terrain and concerns over its spread toward agricultural lands and residential areas.
