Bisat meets Chinese Ambassador to discuss trade cooperation

Minister of Economy Amer Bisat received the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Lebanon, Chen Chuandong, at his office. Discussions centered on enhancing economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, particularly by facilitating and increasing Lebanese exports to China. The talks also touched on encouraging Lebanese participation in industrial exhibitions held in China and engaging in available training and technical assistance programs.

Minister Bisat extended an official invitation to the Chinese side to participate in the investment conference that the Ministry of Economy and Trade will organize in Beirut next November.
