Watch: Earthquake Hits Russia

The Kamchatka branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences reported that earthquakes measuring 7.2 struck off the coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that 16 aftershocks measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale were recorded in Kamchatka over the past 24 hours.
