Watch: Trump’s Motorcade Stops Macron in the Street

In a strange and humorous incident, French President Emmanuel Macron was prevented from crossing the street by the US president’s motorcade. 

Macron immediately called Trump and told him: "Can you imagine? I’m now waiting in the street because everything is closed off for you."
