Raggi Responds to Khamenei: This Is the Only “Remaining” Authority in Lebanon

Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssef Raggi wrote on his X account:
"In response to statements made by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Khamenei, regarding Hezbollah, we want to emphasize that the only 'remaining' authority in Lebanon is the legitimate government and its irrevocable decisions, foremost among them the decision to confine weapons and extend state sovereignty over the entire country, which was made in the session of August 5. We reiterate that the Lebanese army is the only and eternal 'remaining' entity, and the primary defender of Lebanon, its people, and its sovereignty."
