Army Chief meets US Ambassador on farewell visit, receives Finnish Ambassador

Lebanon’s Army Commander, General Rodolph Haykal, received at his Yarzeh office, US Ambassador to Lebanon Lisa Johnson who paid him a farewell visit upon the end of her diplomatic mission in the country.
Ambassador Johnson was accompanied by the Military Attaché, Colonel Jason Belknap.
Major General Haykal then received Finnish Ambassador to Lebanon Anne Meskanen accompanied by the Finnish Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Janne Paloheimo.
The discussion reportedly touched on the general situation in Lebanon and the region.
The Army commander also received the President of LARP Association in Lebanon, Walid Maalouf, with an accompanying delegation. The discussion touched on various matters.
