Jaber leads a series of meetings

Finance Minister Yassine Jaber underscored the importance of training in the public administration to build capacity amid accelerating digitization and persistent vacancies.
Jaber thanked the Bassel Fuleihan Finance Institute for nationwide support and global expertise, praising staff who maintained payrolls during crises.
Jaber voiced hope that revenue measures will ease constraints on civilian and military employees, and noted the institute’s role in reforms such as the public procurement law. Institute head Lamia Moubayed presented him with a commemorative plaque.
Jaber also discussed e-linking Finance and Justice with Minister Adel Nassar, received an IMF briefing from Federico Lima, and met UK ambassador Farah Berri.
