Watch: Israel Blocks the Sumud Fleet

The Gaza Aid Fleet announced that its ships were intercepted by the Israeli Navy.
In a statement, the fleet said that “several ships from the Sumud Fleet, including Alma and Sirius, were illegally intercepted and attacked by Israeli occupation forces in international waters.”
Meanwhile, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that “Israel stopped the advance of ships belonging to the Global Sumud Fleet heading to Gaza,” which aimed to break the blockade imposed by Israel on the Palestinian territory.
