Foreign Ministry follows up on detention of Lebanese nationals on Freedom Flotilla by Israel

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants said it was closely following the case of two Lebanese citizens detained by Israel while aboard the "Freedom Flotilla" en route to Gaza.

The ministry confirmed that necessary contacts are underway to determine their fate and secure their release as soon as possible.
