Lebanon’s Army Commander, General Rodolph Haykal, received at his Yarzeh office, the UK Defence Senior Advisor to the Middle East and North Africa (DSAME) Vice Admiral Edward Ahlgren, and an accompanying delegation, in the presence of British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hamish Cowell, and Military Attaché Lieutenant Colonel Charles Smith.
The discussion addressed the general situation in Lebanon and the region, and ways of cooperation between the armies of the two countries.
