A high-pressure system is currently dominating Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin, bringing stable weather conditions over the next two days. Nighttime temperatures will remain below seasonal averages until Sunday night, when local fluctuations are expected.
Average October temperatures range between 21 and 29°C in Beirut, 20 and 28°C in Tripoli, and 13 and 27°C in Zahle.
Forecast:
Thursday: Mostly clear with low humidity and no significant change in temperature.
Friday: Mostly clear with a slight rise in temperatures inland and in the mountains, stable along the coast. Humidity will increase in the evening, causing fog formation at higher elevations and partly cloudy skies.
Saturday: Partly cloudy with fog over the mountains; temperatures steady along the coast and slightly lower inland and in the mountains.
Sunday: Partly cloudy with fog on higher grounds and no major change in temperature. Winds will strengthen at night, especially in northern areas, with light drizzle possible over northern mountains.
