Berri leads a series of meetings in Ain el Tineh

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri Speaker welcomed Minister of Justice Adel Nassar at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh.
The discussion reportedly touched on the country’s general situation, recent developments, and legislative affairs.
Speaker Berri later also received Beirut Bar Association President Fadi Al-Masri, in the presence of the Bar Association Council Secretary, lawyer Maya Chehab.
The meeting addressed syndical and legislative issues related to the Bar Association and the law on the independence of the judiciary.
Among Speaker Berri’s visitors for today had been the Cultural Counselor at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon, Mohammad Reza Mortazavi, who paid him a protocol visit upon assuming his new duties.
