365 Hezbollah Members Killed in Ongoing Airstrikes Since Ceasefire

The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported that assessments by Israeli security sources indicate that “Israel has eliminated 365 Hezbollah members since the ceasefire came into effect, including three in the past 24 hours alone.”

Meanwhile, the Israeli news outlet Walla News said the recent Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon this month reveal a troubling picture: “Hezbollah is sacrificing its commanders along the border to rebuild its infrastructure, amass Iranian weapons, and prepare for a wider campaign deep inside Lebanon. The policy of quiet containment is not a sign of weakness, but of readiness.”

The site went on to say: “A professional analysis of the Israeli strikes on Lebanon highlights three main insights. First, the attacks in southern Lebanon’s border area are eroding the Radwan Force’s infrastructure, yet they also show Hezbollah’s ongoing efforts to rebuild rocket and mortar launch sites, gather intelligence, and fire anti-tank missiles near the frontier.”

It added: “Second, the strikes in Nabatieh, Khirbet Selm, and Kfar Dounine target Hezbollah’s command and control centers, creating a separation between the operational and leadership levels.”

The report continued: “Third, the airstrikes in the Bekaa Valley are far more significant, signaling an intent to damage strategic infrastructure. This region is considered a key logistical artery and a storage hub for Iranian weapons, long-range missiles, and arms smuggled into Lebanon.”
