62 MPs = No Parliamentary Session

The quorum for the legislative session was not met, as only 62 MPs attended, prompting Speaker Nabih Berri to adjourn the session after deputies who insisted on including a bill to amend the election law to allow expatriates to vote for the 128 deputies on the Council's agenda boycotted it.
Absent from the session were MPs from the Strong Republic, Kataeb, Change Alliance, and Renewal blocs, as well as a number of MPs from the National Moderation blo and several others who were absent for various reasons.
