Israel’s defence chief orders military to destroy all Hamas tunnels

Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz says he instructed the military to “destroy and annihilate” all tunnels used by Hamas in Gaza, saying this will lead to the group’s downfall.
“If there are no tunnels, there is no Hamas,” said Katz in a post on X.
