Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea reaffirmed the need to hold parliamentary elections on schedule, stressing that the goal is not individual gains but to strengthen the party’s influence in shaping Lebanon’s future. He also urged that expatriates vote for all 128 MPs, calling it a constitutional right the state must safeguard.

Geagea spoke at the closing of the Aley District retreat in Maarab, launching the electoral machine under the slogan “Ready and Beyond.” The event gathered party officials, MPs, and local representatives to outline an early roadmap for the 2026 elections.

MP Nazih Matta emphasized early preparation as essential for accountability and reform, while senior officials including Emile Mkarzel and Tony Badr highlighted organization, logistics, and voter engagement as key to success. The retreat concluded with a comprehensive plan to enhance coordination and outreach ahead of the upcoming elections.
