Defense Minister Halts Soldier Discharges, Says No Military Retirements

MTV has learned that Defense Minister Michel Menassa plans to postpone the retirement of all members of the armed forces, including officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel, whose service is set to end in 2026. 

The decision comes as the ministry works to finalize salary adjustments intended to strengthen end-of-service benefits.
