Bassil visits Mariamite Maronite Order ahead of Papal visit

Head of the Free Patriotic Movement, MP Gebran Bassil, visited the Mariamite Maronite Order’s headquarters at Our Lady of Louaizeh Monastery in Zouk Mosbeh, accompanied by MP Nada Boustani and the party’s vice president. He was received by Abbot Edmond Rizk and clergy members.

The visit focused on the upcoming visit of Pope Leo XIV, emphasizing its significance amid regional challenges and expressing hope for broad Lebanese participation in the papal events.
