Army Commander Major General Rodolphe Haykal laid a wreath on the Army Martyrs Monument at the Ministry of National Defense on the occasion of the 82nd Independence Day, “to honor their pure souls and in appreciation of their great sacrifices in preserving Lebanon’s unity, sovereignty, and independence.”
