Young child killed in road accident in Akkar

A two-and-a-half-year-old boy from the Khodr family, a resident of Tallet al-Zafeer in Akkar, was killed in an accident on the Tel Abbas al-Gharbi road while on his way to buy candy from a nearby grocery shop.
He was struck by a passing car, and died at the scene. His body was taken to Al-Youssef Hospital in Halba.
