Raggi leads a series of meetings

Minister of Foreign Affairs Youssef Raggi received Bishop Simon Faddoul, the Maronite Bishop of Our Lady of the Annunciation in West and Central Africa and Apostolic Visitor to the Maronites of Southern Africa, accompanied by the Director General of the Lebanese Maronite Order and Head of Diaspora, Father Tony Fakhry.
The discussion reportedly touched on the conditions of the Lebanese communities and the activities carried out by the diocese in its area of jurisdiction in the African continent.
Separately, Minister Raggi received the Japanese Ambassador to Lebanon Magoshi Masayuki who paid him a farewell visit upon the end of his diplomatic mission in the country.
Minister Raggi thanked the Japanese Ambassador for the efforts he made during his tenure in Beirut to strengthen and develop the bilateral relations between the two countries on all levels, wishing him success in his new duties.
