MTV Sources: State Security Launches Port Investigation Over Millions

MTV has learned that the State Security Port Office has opened an investigation into dozens of shipping agencies that have failed to pay the financial dues owed to the state.

These agencies have reportedly been withholding payments since 2011, with the outstanding amounts estimated at around 10 million U.S. dollars.
